Our India factory base is located west of Chennai in the Ambur/ Vellore area. The factories service many top brands from the UK, US and Europe and produce all construction types from cement lasted to goodyear welted.
All factories have their own tanneries which allow them to develop new finishes quickly and to cost them competitively. The factory base is auditted within a range of standards and posesses both the technical and ethical policies to satisfy any specific customer requirements. With a well developed infrastructure we can design and develop any product type from concept through to finished article within one month. A combination of local last making, experienced product developers and excellent finishing provides the platform to produce bespoke samples to match the highest quality standards.
Our China factory is located in Wenzhou and ships out of Ningbo port. The factory has recently moved to a brand new facility which also processes leather production for the European and US market.
The synthetic production line runs a tack free policy and has the ethical and technical policies in place to satisfy any customer audit requirements. Material procurement is initiated from the local material market with premium materials being sourced from Gaungzhou. We produce cement lasted product within the main site but we have the facility to source injection moulded shoes where required.
We can develop new product concepts within three weeks including lasting, sole moulding and new fabric sourcing.
